The office is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic medical records system, which promotes the highest quality of care. Dr Gardezi is able to take the time to sit down and listen to patients in order to accurately assess, treat and discuss possible options for medical care.
The staff at Greatwood Primary & Preventive Care is friendly and highly trained. Parking is attached to the building and is ample & convenient. All types of insurances are accepted and financial arrangements can also be made for patients without insurance. | A. Primary and Preventive Care:: |

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for your medical needs. We have state of the art diagnostic tools that offer patients a number of options within the privacy of the office.
Dr Gardezi is a primary care physician that may see patients for a variety of illnesses and concerns.
At Dr. Gardezi's office we aim to prevent our patients from getting illnesses and diseases that can be prevented. We encourage our patients to trust in our ability to educate and care for them as we would our own family. |

| B. Home Health Services:: |
|
Our home health program is designed to help those with disabilities or those who are geriatric patients get the medical attention they need.
Working with Dr. Gardezi and his home health staff, a personal schedule is created for each patient. Dr. Gardezi usually visits every home health patient at least once a month unless there is a problem or a patient is having health problems. Our primary goal is to keep the patient educated on treatment for their health. |

| C.Aesthetic Medicine:: |

At Greatwood Primary & Preventive Care, we are offering a new procedure that allows a patient to recapture their youth without invasive surgery.
Botox
Botox is a non-invasive procedure that allows a patient to experience a youthful appearance without having a huge surgery. Botox can be administered for wrinkles located in the crow's feet area, inbetween the eyes and on the forehead. Many patients have some questions that come up before deciding on this procedure. |
