| Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., please call (281) 545-8090 to schedule an appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we may keep your waiting time to a minimum. New patients should arrive at least 20-minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary medical history forms. |
